The manager spends her time gossiping about customers with her sister at Napa Fremont. So if you frequent both locations, shouldn’t have to say much as sister sister should have your business out already.
I dont mind when you recommend me something but dont tell me its included with the part and then charge me stupid .
Stopped in to see if they could help me with an oil leak on my car. The lady behind the counter told me that they don’t do that and suggested I buy a 5qt bottle of oil and find a mechanic, measure what I need and watch how much oil I lose then get it fixed…thanks for the advice… Then this guy (David) comes out to take a look, checks the gasket, tightens some bolts, fills it with oil and asks me why I don’t have a man taking care of me and my car. I had to get towed there from the Ohio turnpike. An idler pully in my Jeep broke. They had a good set of tools to loan me and while I was working on getting back on the road, one of the clerks came out, unprompted, to offer a hand and helped me get the serpentine belt back in place. They were helpful and friendly to a stuck traveler. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
Cannot put in a break light... its okay another location was kind enough to put it in in like 5 minutes.
