Stopped in to see if they could help me with an oil leak on my car. The lady behind the counter told me that they don’t do that and suggested I buy a 5qt bottle of oil and find a mechanic, measure what I need and watch how much oil I lose then get it fixed…thanks for the advice… Then this guy (David) comes out to take a look, checks the gasket, tightens some bolts, fills it with oil and asks me why I don’t have a man taking care of me and my car. I had to get towed there from the Ohio turnpike. An idler pully in my Jeep broke. They had a good set of tools to loan me and while I was working on getting back on the road, one of the clerks came out, unprompted, to offer a hand and helped me get the serpentine belt back in place. They were helpful and friendly to a stuck traveler. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
Cannot put in a break light... its okay another location was kind enough to put it in in like 5 minutes.
My blinker went out while I was driving. I called Autozone to ask if they change bulbs and Cora said they will look at it and if it's not a full disassemble project, they should be able to help. Blake G. Is the associate who helped me. He suggested that he should change both out. The bulbs came in a two pack and before I knew it, he had them swapped out, and made sure they worked properly before he let me get on the road.
