My husband ordered a part from this AutoZone, on the phone. He went in the day that the part was supposed to arrive and wasn’t told that, not only had he not ordered the part, but they had no explanation for the charge they had placed on our credit Card. They also had no way to reverse the charge. Someone in the store initially claimed they had talked to my husband on the phone the day that he placed the order.
