I bought a coolant overflow tank for a F150 and 2 gallons of coolant. $15.00 per gallon. When I got home want was going to use the coolant, I found one gallon jug was 1/2 full of used motor oil. I will talk to the store manager about this problem of course once he returns from the holiday...
I asked a simple question: what is the return policy? An employee who wasn't even involved in the conversation decided to tell me that I should take it to an actual mechanic instead of testing parts. The comment was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. What made the interaction even more frustrating is that he had no idea that my father and brother are mechanics and were the ones advising me on what to purchase.
