I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST WITH AUTO ZONE UNTIL TODAY. AUGUST 11 2023. I HAD TO PULL INTO AUTO ZONE AT 2301 GILMER RD. LONGVIEW TEXAS... EVERYONE IN THAT STORE WAS SO NICE .THE GUY CHECKED MY BATTERY AN TOLD ME IT WAS BAD BUT TOLD ME TO BUY IT AT WALMART IT WAS CHEAPER. Last night our daughter who is in Longview at College needed a new battery. My husband called AutoZone and spoke to Brandon. He took great care of her and was very nice and helpful! We were four hours away and worried. We are very thankful that you have employees like Brandon who helped us.
