NEVER AGAIN. I've been to this Autozone on multiple occasions, and every time the service gets worse and worse. Most days they have only one or two people working here, and can't handle the volume of customers. Customer service is generally mediocre, but nothing like today. Today I went in and there was 2 people "working" here. I use that term lightly, because the guy that was attempting to assist me didn't seem to know squat about cars (less than I know, and I don't consider myself all that knowledgeable). I've been standing here for 15 minutes trying to get my check engine light diagnosed and every employee tells me to wait for someone outside. I keep checking and there is no one outside. I hear multiple people behind the partisan laughing and carrying on private conversations. O'Reilys will be a better option.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. That's why I keep going back there.
I got my battery changed really quickly. The guys were super friendly checked my battery first before just selling me a new one. My old battery still had a little warranty so I got a credit which was a great surprise! I was happy with my service!
