no because we drove 30 minutes to the auto parts store the guys were standing outside at 1am in the morning and we needed a part because my car broke down and the gentleman tells us we closed sorry we closed so we are asking for another store that is open and he said so everything's closed and walked back in the store that's rude what the are you doing at the store at 1am if you closed at 8

You'll more than likely wait in line but a little patience and they will get you what you need! More than satisfied with the help I received yesterday! I wish I knew the lady's name who helped me yesterday. Yes you have to wait in line but when it was my time at the counter they wasted no time getting me the right parts for what I asked for.

Just left that location , I had been given the wrong brakes so I go to exchange them . As I'm waiting others that just walked in go right up to the line, not sure if I was being ignored because I am a women. I had already had a poor customer service experience at the location on Columbia Ave in East Dallas where I orinally got the wrong item
