I just walked out of the store. The staff doesn't know the first thing about customer service. They are in their own world. I told the employee I needed 3/4 and 1/4 hose. She asked me if I know what they looked like. One employee gave me the cutter, telling me I could cut the hose. I didn't see the hose on the shelf but found a package of hosing. I asked the employees how much it was and no one bothered to look it is. They are lazy in this store. I rather pay more at Napa but get much better service.

No one was helpful. Guy attempted to help but couldn't. So instead of saying he didn't know what to do he lied. Staff was busy talking to each other. I had to help myself inside and working on my car. Smh

I pulled up to the store and saw an employee run away from the door. When I got to the door I say it was locked even though the store didn't close for another 15 minutes. All I needed was the impact wrench I saw the store had online. He deserves employee of the year (sarcasm).

I used the online service to purchase and pick up at the store. I got to the store and after waiting in line for quite some time, when I got to the counter and handed the cashier my paperwork, he looked at me like I had 3 heads. I was told that they did not have an order from me although I had an e-mail confirmation printed in my hand, then he walked away and came back to tell me that he did not have 1 of the parts but he could get it for me on Monday!
