Horrible customer service experience even after speaking with the manager. I went to return an item that I purchased with a receipt. It was opened but in unused condition, I was told by an employee that they didn’t offer a double flare kit tool rental. I then bought my own and was later told that they did indeed offer a rental for that tool. I went back on Monday July 13th in the morning and attempted to get a refund for the tool set.
