Just walked into this AutoZone to get a replacement battery for my car remote. Should be a $4 item. Manager told me she couldn't help me because she didn't know what type of battery I needed. I then saw an ad in store for replacement remotes. I inquired about that and she said I that ad was wrong and that I had to go to another store because she had no idea how to help me. If they didn't have the part, so be it. But the manager was rude, unhelpful, and didn't want to waste her time helping me.

Switched from Hackensack to Bergenfield, less deadly parking lot, and service is always good.
