Solid store, I was able to find everything I needed. I actually had to wait a few minutes for assistance, but the older gentleman was very helpful and polite. It seems like the younger staff could benefit from some extra training on customer engagement.
Ed Guzman is the worst employees and has worked at this store as long as I've shopped there. Why I don't know, you hate your job, never have I met employee who truly doesn't listen to customers and is quick to lose his temper and began yelling at me. He did not sell me the parts I clearly and specifically asked for. He then became rude and raised his voice to me because I wanted to return the items.
