Bought some pliers yesterday and I asked the male employee if I needed the packaging in order to return it, employee said no so I tossed it. Next day came in and tried to return the pliers and they wouldnt accept the return without the package. I understand the company policy, that's not the issue but your employees need to be more informed on it so situations like this don't happen. But honestly I shouldn't expect much from a business in Irvington🤷♂️

rude consumer service just nasty raquel was getting mad at my father for taking a minute to think if his battery had guarantee and started saying "you speak english?" because suddenly we're hispanics so we dont speak english? and she went to her co worker saying "omg i keep telling them and they dont speak English" just rude dont come to this place unless you want to be discriminated.
