Had to use the tool lending program, buy an alternator and was able to use my military discount. Staff members were all very pleasant.
Amazing staff! Monkey, Jerrad & Allen were all so kind and patient. Monkey tested my battery, Jerrad installed my battery & printed a diagnostic test without an issue. 10/10 recommend this location!
Employee vaping on the sales floor while I'm shopping 10 feet away is crazy. On top of that he couldn't even say hi or ask if I needed help. I managed retail for years, this guy should be termed asap. He's bald, probably in his late 30s, Hispanic/white unsure. I expect bad service in this day and age, but vaping inside the store with no shame in front of customers is unacceptable.
