Absolute worst AutoZone operating. Something is always not working, missing, or something where they are either not open or can't perform the services promoted..
I stopped by to have my battery checked, I needed a new battery and Ms Melanie was so helpful. She hooked me up with a new and better battery and had one of her techs install it and checked to make sure everything was in working order, but went da extra mile to also check my alternator. My car is back to humming like I'm use to...thanks again and I'll be back for any other situations...
I came in to get windshield wipers and we were having issues with the sizes and the brand that originally were suppose to go on my vehicle.. Ms. Yolanda came in and tried every brand to make sure i had the correct ones and they were secure.. I really appreciate her and all her help she didn’t stop until i had the right ones.. Now that’s customer service!!! Thank you
