Went in today to get all 3 windshield wipers Fernando helped me from the time I walked in to the time he checked me out When he was done ringing me up he asked if I needed them put on .? I said sure So he went out in the 110 degrees weather and put them on . So when he was done my granddaughter went to hand him a 20.00 and he politely said no . I insisted and he said it is policy not to take money . So I wanted to have him recognized as a great employee going above and beyond, very friendly and helpful . Thank you Fernando y... read more

I came to the Palm Desert store on Monterey and had the pleasure of meeting with Fernando. Needed some oil for my car and he was very knowledgeable and was very willing to help me add oil to my car.
