The staff at AutoZone on Monterey St. in Palm Desert are absolutely the BEST! Their customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk through the door! And Wayne—what a funny and friendly guy! He was so nice, happy, and made our wait so much more enjoyable. They didn't just solve the mechanical issue; they kept me calm and reassured. As a former long-time customer service worker, I am blown away.
