Went by the store looking for a few things. My truck computer said I needed to replace the engine air filter. Caidan volunteered to replace the filter; however, when he took the old one out he told me it looked good. I’m so impressed with this this sweet, kind, patient & helpful employee named Travis. I believe he is over the store but told me he recently transferred from Jacksonville. I went there for a part to fix my car myself (it usually takes me hours of YouTube to conquer such thing). I didn’t have to ask for help.. all I needed to do was looked stressed and confused & an angel sent from God himself fixed my engine thermostat. I had no AC for months! I had a sidewall blowout on my tire, locking lugnut, and no key for the lugnut and I was stranded 2 hours out of town. Firestone told me to go kick rocks. Brad at this Autozone listened to my situation and didn't just treat me like a customer, he treated me like a human. I wasn't a $ sign, I wasn't a statistic for signing up for whatever BS these other companies try to pedal you to sign you up for.
