Good services evertime
This is only I reference to their phone service. I have had zero problem with in person customer service. I just called to ask a question. I was asked if I could be put on hold for a “brief moment.” Over 10 minutes later I hung up. Being willing to give them another chance and thinking whatever it was that took them so long had likely passed, I called back. Different voice, same request. I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jasmine! She went above and beyond—was able to price match and got me the best deal. Her customer service was a solid 10/10. On top of that, she replaced my windshield wipers without me even asking. It’s rare to find someone so helpful, friendly, and efficient.
