A woman by the name of Jennifer assisted me a few days back. Quick change out and offered a chair for my 3 year old and I to sit while we waited. Very friendly and kind! Came in assuming I was going to have a hassle, she saw I needed help and dropped everything to switch out my battery and help me get on my way out. Richard was incredibly helpful. My windshield wipers needed to be replaced, so I went and bought some. I asked when I checked out if they were correct, and the cashier looked up my vehicle and said they were correct. While trying to install them in the parking lot, something was off. Richard saw me struggling, came over and started to help. Turns out I did need a special type that wasn’t mentioned in the system. Not only did he exchange the wipers, he installed them for me.
