A woman by the name of Jennifer assisted me a few days back. Quick change out and offered a chair for my 3 year old and I to sit while we waited. Very friendly and kind! Came in assuming I was going to have a hassle, she saw I needed help and dropped everything to switch out my battery and help me get on my way out.
