Management needs to consider This!!! – When you arrive at this store and wait your turn to check out the employees are constantly answering phones and making the folks that actually came down to the store wait while someone who only called gets serviced. Why can't there be a person that only answers the phone and allow the other employees to help the folks standing there with the money in line!!!!!!
