I bought a Marine Battery today at the Auto Zone in Pace, Fla. When I received my receipt I noticed the taxes brought my purchase up 1.60 more than it should have been. I brought this to the attention of the employee helping and then the manager. Both told me that the computer is run by corporate, and there is nothing they can do. Their employees not very bright got a real attitude
Everytime I deal with Autozone employees I am always impressed with their service and knowledge.
Usually provided better service than today . The clerk probably had a bad hair day and passed it on to me. I will avoid buying from this branch from now on.
