staff was super helpful!! they were very hands-on with my car and did everything I needed, very nice people
Don’t hire people that can’t help. Went in to get a starter checked out and got nothing but attitude from two women who cared more about being on their phones and saying no than to actually help. They didn’t want to be bothered and tried to tell me that I need to test it on the car. Umm my car won’t start that’s why you have machines so people can troubleshoot. Train your people both on customer service and how to manage a store.
went to inquire abt a car battery replacement..called in advance ...was told they were able to install a new battery...reached the loacation only for the rude female older employee to say that I would need to go to my dealer to get the battery installed...just as I stepped into the store. go down the road to advanced auto parts...for smooth, friendly and knowledgable staff and better service.
