Marcie and Alexander were amazing and super helpful with assisting in a return and getting the correct wiper blades purchased. Immediate assistance when we walked in the door and they even helped with the install! 😁
Alex was very quick and respectful amazing customer service
Great store. Great parts. Great prices they know thier stuff
As a person who has worked most of my life in retail I understand how important customer service is. I am able to see things on both sides which is normally helpful. In visiting the Emmaus Autozone I was quite impressed by how organized the store is and how helpful the employees are as well. The employees who helped me were both knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. This is pretty hard to find anymore so when I do find this I make sure to comment and give credit where credit is due.
My AutoZone of choice ! Carl , Alyssa & Marcie are extremely knowledgeable & always find what I'm looking for ! The reason I shop at this AutoZone is for the knowledge of the employees there & their personal touch to their customers !
