I stopped by this location to pick up a replacement headlight bulb and a simple diagnostic tool, but the customer service was completely nonexistent. The store was disorganized, with several items mispriced on the shelves, and it took forever to find what I needed. When I went to check out, there was only one employee working the register while a long line of frustrated customers waited, while two other staff members stood nearby chatting and ignoring everyone. On a roadtrip and had to stop by Lake Charles. I had a mishaps with my 4 Runner battery and bolts and Mike (Autozone employee) was super helpful and checked my alternator, battery, and starter and went ahead and also did a CPU Diagnostic. Thankfully everything was fine and just needed some bolts tightened and coils cleaned. With all this being done it was completely free and was a blessing of his energy and helpful spirit.
