Trevon provided exceptional service, some of the best I've ever received. He went above and beyond to help me out. When we found that the issue was with a battery I had bought there just a few months back, he replaced it quickly at no cost under the warranty. He was incredibly helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I am so glad I bought my battery at AutoZone, and even more glad that Trevon was there to assist me. Highly recommend this location!
I went into Auto Zone to get something for my car and the older man (Rich) was on his cell phone!! When I asked him if he could help me he stayed messaging on his phone and sent some younger kid who obviously didn’t know what I was looking for!!
