Never helpful. Seems to never have the equipment to check a vehicle for when the check engine light is on. Says they don't have time to go out and do exchanges or check vehicles outside. Deserves 0 stars

Esteban was a really great help with our car that died in their parking lot.
My check engine light came on and my battery died . Esteban Ocampo was a life saver not only did he swap out my battery but he ran all the tests to make sure that was the only problem. I didn’t know auto zone went above and beyond like this so happy I stopped here .
Esteban he was very helpful with my thin liner. I thought my tier popped but it wasn't it, it was the liner. He's the best!!! Good working good spirit guy he really enjoys his job you could see the passion.
