The gal who changed my battery was a little slow but overall the service was awesome and they got me in and out pretty quickly considering. It probably isn't a good idea to go here is you are in a big hurry but that is true pretty much anywhere. Thanks for getting me back on the road with very little hassle.
The only reason I go into this place is because it's close by and the warranties on some of the parts. The personnel are about some of the most idiotic around. I find myself going to other part stores for the better service. It's like comparing Walmart to Target. You get what you pay for. Ultimately, get better more educated workers. Most people who work here don't know cars, I hear lots of bad information passed to customers all the time.
