Went in today because my convertible top stopped working and wanted advice. Firestone told me to to disconnect and reconnect the battery, which did not work. But thanks to Matt And Jason we tracked it down to a relay. Had it in stock and it worked 👍 amazing customer service and people here.
My check engine light came on and stopped by. The Techs Ruth and Bryant did a very thorough job walking through error code and potential causes. Staff was very professional and friendly. Well done!
I suspected my car battery may have been going bad and could not get an appointment at a dealership over the weekend. Ruth the store manager was excellent and tested the battery/ did other diagnostic testing. She went above and beyond to offer me peace of mind. While my car did not show signs of needing a new battery immediately, I would have trusted this store to resolve any issues with ease. Highly recommend!
