Cabin and air filter said it was in stock online but there turned out to be none in the store. The manager made it happen past my expectations. Such excellent customer service was far beyond satisfactory that it felt instead as if a friend was helping you out. Thank you!
Kamya was getting it done! From looking up the batteries for my car, narrowing it down to what I really needed, hooking up my discounts to help out the pocketbook, to bringing that bad boy out to the car with all the tools she needed to replace the old one...yes, nails and all!...and then proceeding to do so with no problem...well, I'm a happy camper. Daven hooked me up finding everything i needed really precciate that
I can't say enough kind words about Kevin Argueta, the Assistant Store Manager at this location. When checking to see when I purchased my last car battery, he informed me that my car battery wasn't the optimal one for my car. When I told him I wanted to get a new battery, he allowed me to upgrade to the optimal battery, only having to pay the difference (my battery was under a 3 year warranty). This is the best Autozone I have been to. Very helpful and thank you to Randy the manager for helping me and being very polite. Great store and great people will definitely visit again for car parts.
