They sold us a bottle of used oil. My dad grabbed a bottle of 0-W20 from the back that looked new and we didn’t think of checking the seal. When it was time to pour the new oil at home it turned out to be used-burnt oil. We always get our oil and filter at this location and never had an issue, but this time we did. I have always had good experiences with AutoZone, but this visit to the Hagerstown (Dual Highway) location was extremely disappointing. The Sales Manager, James, treated my partner with disrespect from the moment he walked in. English is his second language, and instead of showing patience, James became rude, raised his voice, and acted as though my partner was wasting his time.
