My headlight went out and has always been hard to get to under the hood when trying to replace. I went to a close by auto shop and they were going to charge me $50 for the light plus labor. Came to autozone and Andrew took a look at my car and said he would be able to put the light in if I paid for the light. Paid less than half the amount than if I went somewhere else and took even less time than the other auto shop suggested! Will be back for my other car needs.
Thanks for the "parking lot service"!! As we drove up to Autozone, I had 2 sleeping kiddos in the car - I needed a turn signal bulb. I called inside and told them my situation, and Andrew was happy to "take my order" over the phone then bring the bulb to me while we were waiting in their parking lot. Excellent customer service!! Thanks!!
This place is horrible!!! Walked in this store yesterday and employees were talking about a customer sucking their d*** for there service. Super unprofessional!! Auto Zone needs to reevaluate their hiring process!
