Incredible experience at AutoZone today! Hunter and Gabriel delivered outstanding customer service and top-tier professionalism. They were incredibly helpful and efficient while replacing and resetting my car battery. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly professional attitude.
I brought an unneeded serpentine belt to this location (store #3439) for a refund. The worker there (Gabriel) removed it from the package, glanced at it saying "This is not an Autozone belt. It's not Duralast". I asked him to show me why he believed that and he shoved it back in its box and said "numbers don't match" and that I needed to take it to the Autozone location that I purchased from (store #834).
