Staff was a joke here. I went in on 6/3 to get a bulb for my car. He proceeds to show me the 3 most expensive and tells me I need the $180 bulb. I show there was a whole lot further he could have scrolled down and I said there's not a cheaper bulb??? $180 is outrageous. He said no this is it, this is what you need. I went home looked online and my headlight was $13!!!!!!!! I went to another auto parts store and bought it and works perfect. I will never be shopping here, let alone any AutoZone again. Sam the manager is an asshole! It's never the customers fault cause you guys are short staffed! Bottom line you don't talk or treat customers like they are stupid... I promise I will never shop at another autozone for as long as I live. If he's really the manager shame on autozone as a company for hiring such horrible personnel. Never have I had worse service or been treated so shitty!
