I brought an unneeded serpentine belt to this location (store #3439) for a refund. The worker there (Gabriel) removed it from the package, glanced at it saying "This is not an Autozone belt. It's not Duralast". I asked him to show me why he believed that and he shoved it back in its box and said "numbers don't match" and that I needed to take it to the Autozone location that I purchased from (store #834). After the dealership sold me new brakes after going in for what I thought was a starter or battery issues and then they wanted to charge me close to $600 for a new battery, using scare tactic with comments about “most AGM batteries needing to be programmed”, I rolled into my trusty AutoZone that has always looked out for me. I went in and met Ian G. He checked my battery and changed it for me. My wife showed up and he exchanged her battery as well. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. His manager even walked by and commented on his performance which he smiled and kept working. He went inside to help the gal find a part and was back out finishing up our cars right away.
