I had to replace the battery on my 2019 Buick Cascada. Stopped in to have it tested and replaced. After purchasing the battery we had a few issues to get the battery out. problem with a hold down bracket. Well, after a young sales associate tried, he went to his manager to see if he could help. A gentleman name Eddy came out and looked at it. He figured it out and was able to get the bracket out so he could complete the installation of the new battery. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at AutoZone. I went in to make a return and the first thing I did was greet the employee by saying, “Hi, how are you doing?” He replied, “What’s up?” I politely asked again, “How are you, sir?” and he responded, “I’m here.” I was trying to return an air pump, but the employee was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
