I purchased a car battery from AutoZone. I realized that my vehicle was very complicated to replace the battery as it is buried fairly deep which required numerous nuts and clips to be removed and reattached. The AutoZone manager mentioned that his associate, Andreas, would be happy to replace the battery for me which took over 30 minutes due to the complexity. Everything went great and AutoZone now has a very happy customer. Kudos to Andreas and AutoZone.
