Memo at AutoZone was great - he jumped right in & handled everything my car needed. He was efficient, knowledgeable, & made the whole process smooth, plus we had a great conversation while he worked. Really appreciate his help & professionalism!
I stopped in to ask a technician to check my oil, he made every excuse to not check my oil. I told him that my oil light came on. I am an 81 year old man and just needed a little help. I will never t spend another nickel with Auto Zone again.
The employee Jose Luna was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He helped me to find the parts I needed by listening and taking notes and walked with me to show me and teach me so I understood the options I had for my vehicle. Even though it was late in the afternoon where we could have been tired, he still took the time to help me so that I got everything I needed and would not have to make a second trip.
