Went to store to get new headlight and asked how I could tell which one matched my vehicle and the associate told me to “Google it” with a very nasty tone. I was taken back by it as this clerk continued to be extremely rude and unhelpful in every way. After leaving the store, I called the regional manager on two separate occasions and left messages to call me and never received a response in over two weeks. I have been going to this store for years and don’t want to go back ever, although it’s the closest to me.
Store isnt as helpful since you guys fired mark. The new guy whos acts like the boss is condescending,rude,and unhelpful.
I was told I needed a new battery. I went to AutoZone to get it tested and they said it was fine. So AutoZone saved me some money. The rep had excellent customer service. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
