Wonderful customer service as always
A few months ago I had some significant car problems. I came here and Tony helped me out and explained a lot. He was so helpful and kind!
Went to store to get new headlight and asked how I could tell which one matched my vehicle and the associate told me to “Google it” with a very nasty tone. I was taken back by it as this clerk continued to be extremely rude and unhelpful in every way. After leaving the store, I called the regional manager on two separate occasions and left messages to call me and never received a response in over two weeks. I have been going to this store for years and don’t want to go back ever, although it’s the closest to me.
Store isnt as helpful since you guys fired mark. The new guy whos acts like the boss is condescending,rude,and unhelpful.
