if my car has any issues, i would rather steal a horse from a farm, make my own chariot by hand, and bring back the horse and buggy, much like the great people of the Amish community, than get my car repaired here. transphobia is live and well at this shop, but I will NOT be supporting that disgusting behavior.

Hate invites more hate, your employees should know better than to discriminate against anyone. Your transphobic environment needs to go and you all should be ashamed.

Transphobia isn’t cute and neither are your employees 😷 I’ll spend my money at a store that realizes it’s 2019.

The personal opinions of the employees should not be shared while in the store. They are the face of your company while on the clock and wearing your uniform. Today they made the choice to be unprofessional and rude to their customers. Bad choice. The employees working today should be fired. Absolutely unacceptable. It takes minimum effort to be a decent person, in fact, while at work you're being paid to be a decent person.

Today instead of helping a customer, you chose hate. Regardless of what your personal beliefs are it is disgusting to me that you would outright mock a person based on their gender. No only is your business unprofessional, it’s discriminatory. If this is how Autozone conducts business then you have lost mine permanently, regardless of the location.

Praying your employees grow out of their ignorance and don't disrespect people like they did today 🙏 Autozone will get 0 more dollars from me if this goes unaddressed.

Transphobia isn’t funny or cute, but it seems like your employees are under the impression that it is. Absolutely vile. Treat your customers with some respect.

Absolutely vile. I will never bring my business into a place with cold hearted, rude, and insensitive employees. Disgusted with your business and I’ll proceed to tell everyone I know to NEVER walk through your doors. The employees here are transphobic and discriminatory, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
