I really like AutoZone better than O'Reilly that's just a personal opinion though so it really don't matter
I usually don't have any issues at this location however I asked if they could look up my recent purchases so that I could see what type of oil I used and the Mexican female working early in the morning on Wednesday told me that they couldn't actually I believe it was the manager that told me as I was asking her. Nonetheless I usually have them look it up with no problems so I'm not sure what the issue was so I decided to give them at least three stars because they usually are good maybe she was busy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at AutoZone on Pioneer Parkway in Grand Prairie, TX. We came in to purchase an oil filter, and John was exceptional! He was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire visit. John took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I had to go in and out of this location several times in one day to make repairs on a car project. The staff was friendly and accommodating and they had every random item I needed in stock. Very clean. Highly recommend!
