Has to be the most pathetic group of employees at any Auto Zone in the Country. Absolutely clueless and lazy. Could not figure out how to change the receipt paper to start. Followed up with telling me they can’t replace my battery because they “are backed up from this mornings work”. It makes complete sense why two horrible lazy employees would be backed up. Great to be able to walk in and get the part you need without having to order online.
Very helpful in finding what I needed.
Phil and Kay are beyond helpful and bring a knowledge and compassion to the customer to assist at a level beyond any repair operation. Without them I would exit the fixing business.
