The employee replaced the license plate bulbs for me
Paul B. is rude at the Bartlett Stage Rd. location. He needs to take a customer service class. I’m not sure if he treats everyone like that or just women. This is unacceptable. He wouldn’t help my mom on Friday and the battery under warranty went bad. Good customer service goes a long way!
So I just went in for windshield wipers and although they had a limited stock they were super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They even put them on for me there.
They were awesome. The manager David replaced a serpentine belt for me right in the parking lot. They went above and beyond. I can not say how thankful I am. Great service!
