I dropped my battery off to be charged at 4:40 PM, I was told it would be an hour! I came back at 6:40 PM, and was then told someone forgot to charge it so it would be 30 more minutes to an hour. It didn’t seem like anyone really even cared that the battery wasn’t charged, or that it was an inconvenience making me late for the things I needed done.😕

Store is one of the largest I've seen! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.The tool event was a lot of fun and instructional.

This store isn't as fun as Temecula 79. They have a young lady there that's makes the store fun. Store is always busy but we like it because of the new girl Heather I. She is always happy and willing to help customers at counter. Good to see woman working just hard as those men there. Craig is also a hard worker. The other guys don't smile as much

Crazy busy but the guy at the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me out a ton.

WORST PART STORE IN MEMPHIS HISTORY!!! NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH ANY AUTOZONE EVER AGAIN!!
