I went there to buy a replacement battery for my key fob. I had disassembled the fob and the young man at the counter was extremely helpful and kind. He watched a YouTube video with me and replaced my battery as he put it back together again. Great attitude with exceptional service!!! 5 stars across the board.
My coolant light went on. I drove to Auto Zone. I was immediately greeted by this kind individual/ employee named Scott. Scott got me the correct coolant, and he helped me to put the coolant in right there in the parking lot. Scott is my hero, and I am very grateful for his help. Wow! Very impressed! Thank you!
Always super friendly and very helpful. I broke a wiper that had too much ice on it that I had purchased a week prior and got a new one for free.
Wrong parts more often than not........it's sad I trust Amazon's automated system to give me the right part more than any part store these days.......if I don't come in there with the right part number and check it. I get the wrong parts........AutoZone you need to do better.......
