Recently visited this location. I always buy my wiper blades here because they install them. Today one got pulled off because it froze to windshield. They were willing to just put it back on. I did have to replace it when the employee realized it was actually broken. Everyone involved in the situation was extremely kind. Thank you guys
My experiece at this Walden 1601 has been alot different.The associate Marcus is the big difference maker he cares about all you auto concerns.l need to know what liter engine my Nissan Rogue has .lt wasnt posted nowhere under the hood nor doors.He knew a way thru my liscenc plate to get the answer..He looked it up on store Computer.I live downtown Buffalo some of the attitudes on Broadway are unproffessional.Thats way l spend my money here at 1601 walden. KEEP pepple like Murcus on board.
