RecommendedI needed a battery replacement. Thomas C was so helpful! He took the time to scrape off corrosion, make jokes, and give recommendations on the most effective way to go about replacing another part that was beyond his capabilities at the store. He was my knight in shining armor! So thankful for his kindness and assistance!
Guy said he could install the New windshield wiper blades I bought. Instead broke the arm of the rear wiper blade and I watched him do it. He lied and tried to tell me it was already broken. Luckily the manager bought be a new one and installed it. I won’t be returning to this store though. Definitely lacking in customer service.
I recently installed a brand new battery in my 2004 Expedition, but I was still having start issues. These guys helped me out so much! Figured out what I needed: a little $3. kit and a good cleaning of the terminals. They cleaned them up and installed the kit for me right there, with a smile! Thanks AutoZone Guys!
Yet again this place messes up and causes more stress then necessary.... we got my break pads from them today around 2-3pm. The parts manager took care of the transactions and managed to give us the wrong ones yet we were the only couple of people in the store, so it wasn't busy. He gave us the wrong ones since he can't read a computer and when he checked everything out he had to do the break pads for the front and back in two separate transactions, but put the front ones in as a refund. Bo, the store manager, provides superior customer service & support. I highly recommend this location, over any other. I hope corporate reads this review. Bo deserves exemplary recognition.
Stopped Sunday radiator hose burst. Guy replaced it wrong. The fan sliced it on my way home from work causing me to get my vehicle towed and had to rent a car so there is the $$$ to AutoZone + $113 car and $90 for my mechanic to install the hose correctly.
