I loved going to autozone they were always helpful so when we were in a hurry and our battery died we headed straight there. We were told we had to do our battery ourselves. I definitely wish we would have gone somewhere else because we needed it done fast. They did loan us their tools which felt odd.

I get great service repeatedly for great parts (that staff always makes sure are the correct part before you leave in my experience)and their warranty service is unmatched. Carolyn,Theo and the gang all do great at customer service and help as much as humanly possible. Run into issues with anything and staff are fully willing to help as much as possible.

My trip to Autozone was incredibly successful. Carolyn, greeted me and immediately got to work helping me. I needed air filters, in case the Alaskan volcano erupts. She used tools, that I had no idea about, to insure my purchases were correct. She was amazing, very kind and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Carolyn

I had called asked about turn signals being out. I went in and Joshua King came out helped me take the bad one out and put it in for me. He then offered to change the other for me. He explained what he was doing and went beyond in comparison to what would normally happen. The next time I go in I will most definitely ask him for his help again!!!!
