Store member Luis Garcia was quick to approach the counter/register and helped me find a new battery for my truck!! He answered a few questions I had regarding which battery was best and he was truly honest!
Thank you so much to Jose Luis Gonzalez! I arrived to AutoZone 20 minutes before closing with a dead battery. I had told him I would use a YouTube video to install the new battery. Because he noticed how desperate I was, he willingly stepped up to help me install it! Although we struggled a bit to make it work, we had a great experience installing it. I am forever grateful for his services and his kindness!!
