I visited the Willis store in Texas #4203 initially to purchase some inside interior cleaner for my 2026 Honda CRV. I then found some car seat covers and sought out help from Jennifer Quintana. Jenn went over and beyond with helping me. She even came out in the heat of the day to help me try on some car seat covers which was something not many people would do. i was so appreciative of Jenn’s customer service and desire to help me choose the right seat covers. Just came in to get some fuel system cleaner and a quart of oil, 2 very simple items, and the lady at the register was so unbelievably rude. I will not be giving Auto Zone any more of my business and I highly recommend people avoid this location. It takes 0 amount of energy to just be nice, especially when you work in customer service. Do better.
Where can I start, our shop has been open for two weeks. Kaylee who works the commercial service has done an absolutely great job. Our parts are arriving 5-10 mins after we place the order. Kaylee always checks up on us to see if we need anything and makes sure we get the absolute best service. Goes beyond on getting parts they might not have at this location, and will make it happen to get them there and to us in a timely manner. Kaylee has given us the best experience with autozone and we appreciate that.
