My battery is still under warranty but it stopped working and auto zone won’t replace it because they claim it’s 100%. Oh really? Then why won’t it start my car? They tried to say it was the alternator...blah blah blah. But if it’s not the battery, why does my car start and run fine with my granddaughter’s battery and won’t even start with mine? I am not letting this go and I am not buying another battery when this one is under warranty and clearly defective. Bogus and lying to their customers. Bad business etiquette.
I tried to stop by to get my battery checked, and when I called and asked if they could come outside the sales person caught a humongous attitude, and then rudely told me that I had to come inside first and didn't give me the opportunity to tell him that I had a cranky toddler in the backseat. I've gone to other auto parts stores and they have been extremely accommodating, but forget this place. Don't bother if you want any type of decent customer service.
