RecommendedI am beyond grateful for the excellent care that was taken to make sure I wasn’t stranded in their parking lot. I came to change my battery and one of my terminals did not hold up and Tony fixed it and made sure I could drive away safely even though this is not supposed to be part of their service. Not only thorough but truly kind and respectful as well. I was having a horrible afternoon and this gave me hope. Thank you ever so much.
Today I was having trouble with my cars ventilation system and I came to AutoZone to see if they could help, and boy did they deliver. They quickly narrowed down what the potential problem was, helped me find the part I would need, and even referred me to a local mechanic they knew and trusted. After just a few hours, I was back at home with my car fixed. I had expected to wait until next week to see my mechanic but my issue was diagnosed and fixed before the end of the day Saturday. Needless to say, I’m a happy camper.
Sam M. is awesome! Took time to help research my vehicle, and then stood in the scorching heat to add the DEF fluid to my car that I needed! AWESOME customer service!!!
