They are always pretty quick here and have everything I've needed. I was returning brake pads today and it was a fast and efficient process.
My girlfriend went to get her battery tested and drove 5 miles to get there. They said it was her alternator. (Don’t know how the car wouldn’t die within 5 miles with a shot alternator but oooook). They quoted her a $600 alternator. I did a simple voltage test on both the alternator and battery. The battery was bad and not the alternator! They don’t know crap from apple butter over there and I wouldn’t even trust them to hold my beer after this.
Extremely friendly and helpful. Looked up the wiper size and style I needed and even fitted them for me! 5/5!
Been here a lot recently and Rick has helped me every time with amazing service! He replaced my battery today for me and it runs like a gem again. Highly recommend Rick and this auto zone to anyone!
I had such a great visit thee other day when I came to this location there was a African American guy which was a worker helping a couple and they were singing together, I love how times are changing and how he’s so close with his customers. I really love the environment and I will be back. Thank you for your service we need more people like you.
