Update 1 year later… Brian doesn’t work there anymore and the guy I asked to help me with my filter this time didn’t even know about the filter air freshener. He wasn’t rude, but he was not helpful like Brian. This store lost a gem when they lost Brian. Orig. review: Brian was amazing. He got my car smelling fresh. When I bought a cabin air filter he sold me a filter air freshener that smelled amazing!! So much so that I bought an additional filter and air freshener for my husband’s car!
Becca Blackburn was the lady that took care of me and she did an awesome job. Very thorough and courteous.
Very poor customer service. I will not use AutoZone for any further transactions.
Bought break lights. They had them in stock that’s the only reason they are getting 2 stars. The worker didn’t know how to put a bulb in. You heard that right, an employee at auto zone couldn’t do a simple bulb switch. Not sure if dude was lazy or that ignorant
