I want to give a big thank you to Veronica Gonzalez for helping me out today. My car stopped working last night and I had to leave it at the store. She greeted me when I walked in and tried to help me get my car started but it was locked. She quickly called a friend of hers to help me and he told me my serpentine belt was messed up. I bought the part and he quickly helped me and showed me how to install it.

I went to this location yesterday afternoon so they could run a diagnostic test on my vehicle since the check engine light was on. There were 5 employees at the front and two customers at the register so I stood in line waiting for my turn. I was never greeted. An employee seemingly had their dog in the store that started barking at me and she called the dog by name so it stopped.
