NELSON is AWESOME! My car battery died, and I was completely lost on what to do or which one to buy—honestly, I know nothing about cars. Nelson was so kind, patient, and professional! He helped me pick the right battery, installed it himself, and even recalibrated my car for me because I didn’t know how. He went above and beyond. My battery die and it's a Sunday. I had to work. After work I got a jump and went to your store. Eddie helped me. He was kind and very helpful. He is very professional and I was very impressed with him. Friendly easy to talk to very nice smile. Thank you Eddie you made my day.
