This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at any auto parts store, thanks to Ron. I came in to replace the batteries on the 2 key fobs for my Mini Cooper. I’ve never seen anything so difficult to replace. The key fobs had to be completely dismantled. Ron was tireless and determined and performed an absolute miracle in dismantling the fobs, replacing the batteries, and putting everything back together! Plus, he was friendly and respectful and an all around great guy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Ron!

Sold me the wrong spark plugs for a 2018 Dodge Durango and now I’ve got my intake manifold completely apart and no way to get back to the store to replace them. If they can’t get something as simple as a spark plug correct, I’d hesitate to trust them with anything else. Update: after going to another location and getting the correct spark plugs and further along on my project; I find that this location ALSO gave me the incorrect seals for my intake. I will never do business with this location again.
