I have to say… The AutoZone that I’ve gone to (store 2240) in the last couple years has the most amazing employees! I just called them yesterday to talk to the highest manager they have to ask their store # so I can leave a review and because I wanted to compliment the two men (George and Cris) who ALWAYS go far beyond what I would expect from a store like this. Oh man I thought the Moorpark store was bad. The kid with the mustache looked miserable, said he was going to take over helping me so the older gentleman could do deliveries or something, and then walked away and never helped me. Another employee walked in off break and asked if I needed help. I told him what fuel hose sizes I needed and he told me to just go back there myself. Unfortunately this type of help is what I typically get at Autozones. Strictly shopping at O’Reillys from now on.
Thank you for the amazing costumer service from Ron Giannonil at your store in Simi valley California. Store #2240 he treats me perfectly fine.. and show me the parts i need.. I appreciate it..
