I went there today to get a connector to hook up an antenna. The manager was really rude and told me that I needed to know what gauge the wire was and that I need to know what I’m doing. He then said I needed a butt connector and I thought he was going to show me where those were, but then he just walked away. He was also reprimanding the other employees for not assisting me because then he had to. It was very unprofessional and rather uncomfortable to me. I will go somewhere else where they value their customers next time.
